WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 ? Willis Lease Finance Corp. (WLFC), Novato, Calif., has filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting the change in the beneficial interest held by Director Gerard Laviec, Novato.
On Dec. 3 the action involved acquisition of 500 shares of stock and disposition of 500 shares of stock. Laviec now owns 26,231 shares of stock directly.
Willis Lease Finance Corp. through its subsidiaries is a lesser of commercial aircraft engines.
