Physical Therapist [PT0045]

We are currently seeking a licensed physical therapist for our practice in Lancaster, PA. We are looking for a dynamic clinician equipped to assume a leadership role within our organization. We are a unique outpatient practice with a focus on innovation, individualized care and autonomous practice. This is a full-time position.

Role Requirements:

3. Dynamic personality: Must be willing to adapt their skill set as needed to handle wide variety of patient populations and clinical challenges

5. Marketing and promotion: Must be willing and able to promote Next Health services to referral sources, local businesses and the community at large
6. Operational leadership: Must have experience and/or aptitude in the area of clinic operations and leadership
7. Self starter: Must be a self-starter and REALLY know what you are doing

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a valid PA physical therapist license in good standing
2. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
3. Current CPR certification
4. Clinical and/or academic experience with orthopedic and geriatric diagnosis and treatment
5. Recent graduates will be considered if able to demonstrate the clinical skills necessary for the position

Duties:

1. Evaluation and treatment of a neuromusculosketal patient population
2. Management of clinical programs addressing special populations
3. Oversight and/or management of daily clinical operations
4. Supervision of support staff
5. Timely completion of documentation
6. Participation in marketing activities and practice promotion events
